Empowering Seniors to Live Well at Home

Province-Wide Access to Support

Seniors across British Columbia can access our subsidies, ensuring that support is available to communities throughout the province.

Reduced Family Burden

Caring for a loved one is overwhelming—64% of caregivers report stress and depression. Our support eases the burden, reducing home care by 14 hours weekly—less stress, more time for what matters.

Keeping Seniors at Home

This initiative could help keep 1,000 BC seniors out of public long-term care beds each year, allowing them to stay in their own homes and freeing up space for those who need it.

Improved Mental Health and Safety

Our services enhance mental health outcomes for both seniors and their families, with home care supports lowering rates of elder abuse by 25%.

Longer Life Expectancy with Aging in Place

Studies suggest that aging in place is linked to a 5-10 year longer life expectancy compared to the 2.7 years in public long-term care facilities.

Culturally Sensitive Support

We are committed to supporting Indigenous, 2SLGBTQIA, and marginalized seniors by providing culturally sensitive case managers who respect their unique needs and promote their well-being.
